Orders submitted before 5:00 PM EST are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). During busy periods or unexpected situations, handling may extend slightly, but we'll keep you updated about any delays.

Order handling time means the duration needed to prepare your purchase for shipment after payment is complete. Orders submitted after business hours or on weekends start processing the following business day.

When your order has dispatched, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking information so you can track your order.

Note that shipping and deliveries don't happen on weekends or public holidays.

Free Shipping Policy

We provide free standard shipping for all orders across the United States. No purchase minimum required, and no hidden fees. Orders are handled within 1–2 business days with shipping duration of 3–5 business days. Complete timeframe from order placement to your door is 4–7 business days.

Track Your Package After Dispatch

After your order ships, you'll get a tracking number and link by email. Use these to check delivery progress directly on our tracking portal. Need assistance? Contact us at support@rosiyn.com. We reply within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST).

Our Delivery Partner

We ship all orders through United States Postal Service (USPS) standard delivery. Estimated timeframes follow USPS guidelines and may differ depending on your area.

Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

  • Continental U.S: We ship to all 48 states in the U.S
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Delivery available; additional fees will show during checkout.
  • International Shipping: Not currently available.
  • PO Boxes: Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO boxes.
  • Delivery Delays: Severe weather or carrier issues may sometimes cause delays. We appreciate your patience during these uncommon situations.

How can I change my shipping address?

To make address changes, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering at support@rosiyn.com. Address changes are not possible once your package is shipped.

I've had a change of mind. How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before shipping for complete refund. Just reach out to us and we'll process it within 24 hours.

My delivery came damaged. What's next?

For damaged deliveries:

  • If you're home during delivery: Decline the package and contact us immediately.
  • If delivered in your absence: Reach out to us promptly with photos, and we'll guide you through our Return Policy.

What happens if my package gets lost in transit?

If your delivery doesn't arrive within 3–6 business days, get in touch and we'll coordinate with USPS to locate it. For confirmed lost packages with correct addresses, we'll send a replacement without additional cost.

Important: We cannot replace orders delivered to wrong addresses entered during checkout.
