Products bought on sale, or at discounted prices are considered final purchases and cannot be returned, exchanged for store credit, or refunded.
 
PRODUCT RETURNS

We provide a 30 day return period from your delivery date. Items must be sent back in brand new, unused condition with original packaging to qualify.
 
Standard Return Requirements:
 
Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of package delivery.
 
Item State: Products must remain unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging materials.
 
Purchase Verification: Valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided for all return requests.
 
Qualifying Return Item Standards:
  • Packaging Products must include their original packaging materials.
  • Wrong Items Delivered: If you receive something different from your order, contact us by phone or email within 30 days to arrange return and replacement.
  • Faulty or Damaged Products: We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact our support team within 30 days of receipt to begin the return procedure.

Return Procedure

To begin a return, contact support@rosiyn.com with your order details to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return label. We typically respond within 24 hours during operating hours (9am – 5pm EST, Monday to Friday).

After approval, carefully pack the product in its original packaging, apply the return label, and send it via the carrier. Returns without RMA numbers will not be accepted by us.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Faulty or wrong items: We pay for return shipping.
  • Standard returns (e.g., customer preference change): Customer covers return shipping costs

Refund Timeline

After we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Refunds generally appear within 10 business days, based on your bank or payment processor.

In uncommon situations where payment systems can't handle the refund, we may provide a secure bank transfer option. We don't process refunds via CashApp, Payoneer, Venmo, or similar payment apps.

No Exchanges

For a different item, please return your current product for a refund and submit a new order.

No Restocking Charges

We value simplicity and transparency. Rosiyn doesn't impose restocking charges on any approved returns.

Wrong Address Deliveries

We deliver to the address entered during checkout. If packages are delivered to incorrectly provided addresses, we cannot accept responsibility for the loss. Please verify your information before order submission.

Sale Items

All sale or discounted products are final purchases and cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled after processing.
